RETURNS

  • WHISKY PARTS CO. offers a 30-day return period on all items ordered directly from Whiskyparts.co.
  • Any returned items must be in the same condition you received them in, meaning they are unused/uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Product returned to WHISKY that has been used, is not in original packaging and overboxed, or cannot be resold may result in a 50% service fee or no refund.
    • Product returned to WHISKY without an RA number on the outside box may result in a delayed refund or no refund at all.
    • Please be sure to overpackage all boxed WHISKY product. Product returned with a shipping label on the WHISKY packaging may result in a re-stock fee.

  • If you purchased your WHISKY product from another online seller or your local bike shop, please work with that business to process your return.
    • Product returned to WHISKY that was not purchased from directly from WHISKY will result in no refund.

  • If you purchased your WHISKY product directly from Whiskyparts.co, please follow these steps to initiate your return:
    • Email info@whiskyparts.co with your original proof of purchase/order confirmation to initiate return. Your original order number is important!
    • A WHISKY customer service representative will get back to you within 1-business day with an RA number that you can use to send your product back.
    • Please overbox the product by adding an additional box on the outside of the WHISKY box and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box.
    • A returned package without the RA number on the outside of the box may result in up to a 2-week delay in issuing of your refund or no refund at all.

  • Upon receipt of product, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the credit/debit card used in the original transaction.

    • Remember, any original shipping fees will not be included in your refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • If after submission you would like to cancel your order, please email info@whiskyparts.co and a customer service representative will assess order status and contact you with status and expectations.
  • We work to process orders as quickly as we can, so if your order has been processed and is in transit, we will work with you to initiate a return on your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Upon order submission, all orders will be processed within 1-business day.
  • We do not process orders on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national US holidays.
  • Orders submitted after 4:00pm CST will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted upon checkout.
  • WHISKY orders ship to the contiguous 48 in the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or to any other countries, at this time.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
